Return/Cancellation: Natural ReLeaf is committed to your satisfaction. If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund 100% of your payment. Requests to return products for refund are evaluated on a case-by-case basis but may require that the customer cover shipping costs. All returned products will receive 100% refund.

Shipping: It is our intention to ship orders on a timely basis, however, we can not control delays due to weather, third party shippers and other unforeseen events. Shipping with generally occur on the next business day following order placement. All products are ground shipped at a flat rate of $5 per order using UPS or other carriers used at our sole discretion. Tracking information will be provided upon request. Please reach out to us if you wish to expedite your order using next day or other means of faster delivery.
